Concierge (Fargo, ND)
The concierge position is responsible for greeting and checking in patients, ensuring accurate patient information and collecting payments. Additional clerical duties will include handling co-managing doctor correspondence, rescheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service to all clients. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be detail oriented and the ability to be flexible and prioritize.
Optometric Liaison (Fargo, ND)
Vance Thompson Vision is looking for an Optometric Liaison. This person is responsible for helping grow the practice by initiating and fostering relationships with the community. They will analyze healthcare patterns and potential, understand obstacles and recommend new strategies for growth. This person will coordinate the education for key opinion leaders, which enhances eye care and familiarizes them to the programs of Vance Thompson Vision. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, be detail oriented and the ability to be flexible and prioritize.
Ophthalmic Medical Assistant (Fargo, ND)
The ophthalmic assistant performs patient workups, preliminary tests and diagnostics in accordance with protocol. They ensure thorough patient education, facilitate efficient patient flow, medical records, coordinate surgery schedules and potential conflicts. The ophthalmic assistant communicates with OD/MD as indicated. They triage patient phone calls, answer questions and resolve concerns as directed to achieve patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service to patients and family members, be detail oriented and have the ability to be flexible and prioritize.
